By using the EmeralSol website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.
Services Offered
EmeralSol offers remote reiki healing and clearing, mediumship, and spirit guide connection. Sessions are intended to support personal reflection, relaxation, and spiritual wellbeing.
Descriptions of services are provided for general information. EmeralSol may update, pause, or discontinue a service at any time.

Wellness and Spiritual-Services Disclaimer
EmeralSol services are complementary spiritual and wellness practices. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from a licensed professional.
Do not delay or stop medical or mental-health treatment because of information received during a session. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
No Guarantee:Â Individual experiences vary. EmeralSol does not promise a particular outcome, diagnosis, prediction, message, healing result, or connection with a specific person or spirit.

Eligibility and Informed Consent
You must be at least 18 years old to book for yourself. A session for a minor requires advance written consent from a parent or legal guardian and may be declined when it is not appropriate.
By booking, you confirm that you understand the nature and limitations of the selected service and are choosing to participate voluntarily.

Booking, Payment, and Scheduling
Prices, payment timing, session length, availability, and any booking-specific conditions are shown or communicated before your appointment is confirmed. Those details form part of these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and joining the session at the agreed time. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from EmeralSol.

Remote Sessions
Services may be provided from the comfort of your home by an agreed remote method. You are responsible for a suitable private environment, a working device or contact method, and any internet or telephone charges.
Technical interruptions can happen. If a disruption materially affects the session, EmeralSol will use reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule it.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms presented at the time of booking apply to your appointment. If no booking-specific policy was presented, contact EmeralSol as soon as possible to request a change.
EmeralSol may reschedule or cancel a session when necessary. If EmeralSol cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, any amount paid for that session will be refunded.

Respectful Conduct
Clients must communicate respectfully and must not use the website or a session to threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, or violate another person's rights. EmeralSol may end or refuse a session when conduct is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or outside the scope of the service.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, graphics, branding, and service materials belong to EmeralSol and are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or adapt them without prior written permission.

Limits of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmeralSol is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the website or services. EmeralSol's total liability for a claim relating to a paid session will not exceed the amount you paid for that session.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and Contact
EmeralSol may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised version will show a new effective date and will apply from the time it is published.
